Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Digital Style House. This role is perfect for a social media enthusiast who thrives on creating engaging content, managing client relationships, and staying ahead of digital trends. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for social media. You should be able to balance creativity with data-driven decision making, and possess outstanding client relation skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies for up to 8 high-profile clients simultaneously

  • Create, schedule, and optimize daily content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

  • Produce engaging visuals (graphics, images) and videos (Reels, TikToks) that align with client brand identities

  • Craft compelling copy, including captions and strategic hashtag usage

  • Manage community engagement, fostering meaningful interactions with followers

  • Implement and monitor paid social campaigns within predetermined budgets

  • Conduct thorough analytics and provide monthly performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and growth

  • Stay at the forefront of social media trends, providing clients with cutting-edge content inspiration and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visually appealing content

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
