Digital Style House is a boutique, high-performance marketing agency that partners with top e-commerce brands, lifestyle companies, and service-based businesses to elevate their online presence. We’re seeking a full-time rockstar Digital Marketing Coordinator who is equal parts creative and analytical—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the ever-changing digital landscape, and can turn marketing strategy into measurable results.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing our clients’ digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include:
Paid Advertising
Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google
Utilize Ads Manager with precision, including retargeting pixels, custom conversions, and audience segmentation
Perform daily monitoring and optimization of live campaigns to ensure strong ROI
Creative & Messaging
Create compelling ad campaigns, including graphics, copywriting, and messaging tailored to target audiences
Collaborate with our creative team to ensure visuals align with brand identity and marketing goals
Web & Funnel Support
Assist with landing page and funnel design using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Squarespace
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign performance
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and prepare reports to communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of proven experience setting up, launching, and managing effective Facebook campaigns for both e-commerce brands and lead generation
Strong understanding of landing pages, funnels, conversions, and testing methodologies
Up-to-date digital marketing knowledge with a finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices
Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
Experience designing websites and landing pages (Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace)
A keen eye for design and ability to produce clean, engaging visuals in Canva
Excellent copywriting skills, able to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
Organized, detail-oriented, and communicative—you know how to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
