Instagram Shop Setup Configuration

You’re In! Next Steps

1. Grant Access to Instagram & Facebook (Meta Business Suite)

Since Instagram Shops are managed through Meta Business Manager, you’ll need access to both Facebook and Instagram.

Step 1: Add You to Their Meta Business Manager

1. Go to Meta Business Suite (business.facebook.com).

2. Click Settings → Business Settings.

3. Under Users, select People → Add.

4. Enter your kahanejake@gmail.com and assign Admin access to:

   • Meta Business Manager

   • Ad Accounts

   • Facebook Page

   • Instagram Account

   • Commerce Manager (for Instagram Shop setup)

   • Pixels & Catalogs (if applicable)

5. Click Invite and notify you once accepted.

2. Grant Access to E-commerce Platform

If they’re selling via Shopify, WooCommerce, or another e-commerce platform, you may need access to sync products.

Shopify

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Users and Permissions.

2. Click Add Staff Member → Enter your jake@digitalstylehouse.com

3. Grant Admin or Full Permissions for managing products and integrations.

WooCommerce

1. Log into WordPress Admin Panel.

2. Go to Users → Add New.

3. Enter jake@digitalstylehouse.com and assign the Administrator role.
